Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga focuses on moving mindfully, seamlessly linking movement with breath, creating a flowing sequence of poses.

All of our teachers bring their own unique style to this classic class but you can always expect a variety of poses, with plenty of options and modifications for your personal practice.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga class focuses on mindful movement and gentle stretching, allowing you to move at your own pace without rush or pressure. We’ll move through a series of soothing postures and conclude with a calming meditation, helping you unwind and connect with your body and breath. Perfect for all levels, this practice is designed to nurture and restore.

Barre Fusion

Barre Fusion is a unique blend of Yogic mindfulness + breath, mat Pilates, and ballet-inspired Barre exercises. You can expect choregraphed movements set to upbeat music, bringing a rhythmic and energizing element to the workout.

Barre Fusion class is perfect for those looking to blend the calming and centering aspects of yoga with the dynamic and challenging elements of Pilates and Barre.

Often utilizing props such as Loop Bands, Small Balls, Blocks, and Light Weights - this class is for everyone.

Dance Sculpt

This high-energy class will have you movin’ and groovin’! Dance Sculpt is 45 minutes of choreographed dance movements to upbeat music, using only bodyweight for resistance. Perfect for everyone, this class is all about enjoying the rhythm, moving with the beat, and having fun!

This class can be taken barefoot, with grippy socks, or dance/studio sneakers. (We ask you refrain from wearing everyday outside shoes as most other classes are enjoyed barefoot)

Pilates

A form-focused class that helps you build a functional core within a safe and healthy spinal alignment. Learn about your body and how to move it efficiently in an effort to be the strongest, most balanced you can be!

Core, balance, upper and lower body toning and breath control are just some of the exciting elements you will learn in this class.

Yoga with Weights

Find balance, strength, and stability in this empowering class that combines traditional Hatha yoga with light weights*. Move mindfully. Through classic yoga postures while adding gentle resistance to build muscular endurance, improve bone density, and enhance body awareness.

*2lb weights are optional (provided)

Rest + Restore

Experience deep relaxation and self-discovery in our Rest + Restore class. Using props for full support, each gentle pose is held for a few minutes each to release tension, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.

Perfect for those seeking rest and recovery, this gentle practice is suitable for everyone!
