Summer Solstice Yin + Sound Bath

Join us as we gather beneath the energy of the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year and a sacred turning point on the Wheel of the Year. A time when the Sun reaches its peak, illuminating all that has grown, blossomed, and awakened within us.
This evening is an invitation to pause and receive.
As you move through gentle, long-held Yin postures and rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations, of crystal singing bowls, allowing the frequencies to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and guide you into a deeply restorative state. Let the sounds wash over you as you release what no longer serves you and open yourself to the abundance, vitality, and magic of the season ahead.
Bring your intentions, your dreams, your gratitude, and your willingness to simply be.
The studio will provide bolsters, blankets, and other supportive props to help you settle into comfort, though you are welcome to bring your own favorite blanket, pillow, eye mask, or anything else that helps you create a cozy next for your journey.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal movement, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. This workout tones and sculpts the entire body while facilitating complete inner transformation. The beat-blended movements force you out of your head and into your body.
BUTI is an Indian Marathi word that means “the cure to something hidden beneath the surface or kept secret”, A healing place of power within each of us that we have either forgotton about or been programmed to forget. This place IS in all of us and Buti is the movement practice that gives us access.
